• Americade: 5 night minimum + $5.00 additional charge per night

• Holidays and other Specials Events:  $5.00 additional charge per night

• Weekends: 2 night minimum

• Check in times are between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM

• Complimentary coffee and daily chamber maid service

• Rooms include Air Conditioning/Heat, Color Cable TV, and Refrigerators

• Pac n' play cribs available upon early request

• Facilities include:
  Pool, Play Area, Picnic Tables, Barbeques, Ice and Soda Machine

• No pets, please

• Visa and MasterCard accepted

• One night's stay deposit required to guarantee reservation

• Deposit will be applied to the last night of the reservation

• Deposit refunded ONLY if reservation cancelled 14 days prior to arrival date

• Deposit ONLY refunded during Holiday or Special Event times (Americade, Labor Day, Travers, etc.) if reservation is cancelled NO SOONER than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
  * Deposits on 2 bedroom housekeeping cottages are non refundable

• Balance to be paid in full upon arrival

• No refunds given for early departure

• Extra person $10.00 per night

• Parking limited to one vehicle per unit

• When making your reservation be sure of the number of adults and children. Your room may not be capable of sleeping additional persons due to fire code regulations

• We request all guests to check in with the office upon entering the property
